Maria's Homemade Ravioli - Wayne, NJ

Maria's is a pasta shop with no place to sit and eat. But the one food we found to satisfy our ravenous and impatient appetites was a loaf of wonderful semolina bread. That loaf plus a pint of the warm sauce for dipping made a fine emergency car snack to tide us over between restaurants.
