Rotier's - Nashville, TN

Rotier’s burgers, served on French bread, are monumental, piled between slabs of tosted French bread with lettuce, tomato, pickle, and mustard (and preferably crowned with a slab of bright orange cheese, too); but do not ignore the excellent plate lunch that draws crowds to the beloved Nashville institution.

Rotier's has been a culinary fixture in Nashville for as long as anyone can remember. It's just a short way from Vanderbilt University, hence a favorite among students.

Dark and clubby, Rotier's is a place where you can sit and have a quick meal or sip beer and watch the wall-mounted TV all afternoon.
