Four Seas Ice Cream - Centerville, MA

Located within a summertime shack that once served as both a garage and a blacksmith shop, the venerable Four Seas holds the distinction of being the third oldest ice cream shop in New England. Although there are plenty of swiveling stools along the counter, working your way through the crowd of densely packed patrons may prove difficult. Four Seas certainly wins the award for efficiency, however, with a small army of friendly and knowledgeable scoopers ready to take on the steady stream of ice cream orders coming their way.

Overall Experiencerating
Vanilla Ice Cream - Creamy, smooth and the the perfect base for complementing the hot fudge. rating
Hot Fudge Sauce - A thin, heady brew that had undertones of darker chocolate origin. rating
Vanilla Chai Ice Cream - Spicy (as in cardamom and cinnamon), but difficult to pinpoint. In a blindfolded taste test, it might be difficult to name. rating
Banana Ice Cream - Smooth consistency, but the banana flavor was understated, making it difficult to remember what flavor had been ordered. rating
