Sift together the flour, baking soda,  cream of tater and salt. Add flour mixture to the creamed mixture and  blend well. Fold in walnuts. Chill dough at least one hour, and then  place on lightly floured board or wax paper.  &lt;br&gt;  Divide in half and form into 2 long rolls about 1 1/2 inches in  diameter.  Wrap in wax paper and chill until firm.
