Joisey...the frozen pizza that replaced Shoprite is called Price Rite. The frozen manager shakes it at me...when he sees me. I asked about the situation for months.

That's in the Bayonne Shoprite. I just stayed in Matawan for a few weeks but didn't notice any Price Rite in the frozen case.

It looks exactly like the Betzio's & Shoprite variety on the box....with some nice side crust vs. some other brands. I'll buy a box and try it out...to see if it's the same or close enough. My sons really miss it! I hope it works.

CC--I had a feeling something happened as they also made Foodtown, Acme & stop & shop pizza and all disappeared at the same time. Tis a shame as it was a very good product as frozen pizza goes.

I tried Elios and was surprisingly happy-now I cant find it....

Betzio's used to make Shoprite frozen pizza. Sadly...no more.

I was told by the frozen manager of my SR that the company that made Shoprite pizza...had financial issues.

Been having a hard time locating any here in NJ. Anyone know if they are still in business? Been a few months since I have seen any in my local freezer section.
