Mobile Wood Fire Pizza Trailers & Trucks lets see yours Thu, 02/20/14 9:13 AM (permalink)
I build food trucks and trailers for a living, the most popular are the wood fire pizza units. I am interested in seeing what others look like and to hear about your menu specialties etc. I am in the North East.

I am always interested in seeing others creative ideas.

Not exactly a commercial wood-fired pizza truck but I helped team build this cob oven on a trailer  used in a regional park for events and socials. It was part of a cob oven building class. A local artist sculptor was brought into the class as a ringer to do the finish exterior. We baked pizza and bread in it in our last class.
