Their fried chicken is proof that not all of the good food is located in downtown Charleston. James Island is located approximately 12 miles south of Charleston and 4 miles before you get to Folly Beach. Owner tells me that the spices used are her on creation. The chicken is allowed to marinate for at least 24 hrs. It's hard to decide between the pork chops and the chicken. The chops are so HUGE that they cover half the plate. Best SWEET iced tea I've had!
