Operating a Hot Dog Cart on a Military Base Sat, 05/18/13 11:27 PM (permalink)
Hello fellow Dog Slinger's;
 I am new to the Hot dog Game. I am a Chef by trade. My goal is to do hot dogs in a way that has never been done before. I am trying to come up with a high volume location, and I thought where I am trying to relocate to is a military area. There are like 5 or 6 bases within a 45 min radius. one is a super large, I mean huge base. There will be like 30,000 people taking lunch at the same time. How do you get on a base to operate though? Does anybody currently operate on a military base? Has anyone out there done it in the past? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
