Better option for container/carrier when selling meals Wed, 07/10/13 2:46 PM (permalink)
Hi all! I'm a new member here so first of hopefully many posts/interactions with you experienced vendors.

When selling your hot dogs to customers which is the better way to hand them over....the classic red/white paper trays or the larger styrofoam containers AKA "to go boxes"?  Also if you choose the trays, which size is recommended since I've noticed in looking at inventory purchases that they are labeled 50, 200, 300 styles?

My thinking here is if selling a combo meal of say the two hot dogs with chips/candy/cookie and drink it is easier for the customer to carry the container rather than the tray away....I'm thinking the dogs inside and layer the aluminum foil sheet over it and place the side item on top and close for convenience.
